Delete your account and data
You can delete your LeechGuard account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
From within the app
- Open the LeechGuard app and sign in.
- Go to Account settings.
- Scroll to Delete Account and tap Delete My Account, then confirm.
By email
If you can’t access the app, email contact@leechguard.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete My Account.” We verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and all associated data are permanently removed: profile and login credentials, protected assets, face profiles and reference images, monitored channels, scans and scan results, detected infringements, takedown requests, whitelist rules, reports, and notifications.
Limited records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention, tax, or dispute resolution, for example takedown notices already sent to third parties. Security audit records are de-identified rather than deleted. Retained data is never used to re-identify you.
