LeechGuardYou can delete your LeechGuard account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from within the app
- Open the LeechGuard app and sign in.
- Go to Account settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately and all associated data is permanently purged within 30 days.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email contact@leechguard.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete My Account.” We’ll verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and profile: email, name, and authentication credentials
- Protected assets, face profiles, and reference images
- Monitored channels and verification records
- Scan results, detected infringements, takedown requests, and counter-notices
- Usage and audit logs tied to your account
What may be retained
We may keep a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, tax, or resolving disputes, for example records of takedown notices already sent to third parties. Anonymized or aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may also be retained. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is never used to re-identify you.
